The 3DNanoScope4All project aims to develop a highly accessible, high-performance device for live cell nanoscopy. This device seeks to overcome current limitations in optical microscopy, such as phototoxicity, slow acquisition speeds, and challenges in 3D imaging, by integrating three novel techniques: Light Field Microscopy (LFM), 3D-SRRF (Super-Resolution Radial Fluctuations), and single-molecule orientation microscopy. These technologies combined aim to enable both structural and dynamic measurements of live cells in a powerful yet affordable device.
